What is Hydrogen-Rich Water?
Hydrogen water is water that has extra hydrogen molecules added to it.
Water molecules are made up of H2O (two x hydrogen, 1 x oxygen atom) but when infused with additional hydrogen (a tasteless, colourless and odourless gas) the extra hydrogen is free to be used elsewhere in the body.
Hydrogen molecules are said to be the smallest in the universe so it can penetrate every cell in the body.
